利用自制的人胎脑提取液观察其对小鼠宫项癌肺转移倾向亚株(U_(14)AP_(11))、淋巴结转移倾向亚株(U_(14)AL_(10))动物模型的影响。发现该提取液能够改善荷瘤动物的一般状态;提高腹腔巨噬细胞的功能活动;提高血中辅助性T细胞、单核细胞的比例;减少荷瘤中期死亡数;将肺转移由100%降至44.4%,淋巴结转移由93%降至46.67%。提示人胎脑提取液有极佳的临床应用前景。
The human fetal brain extract was used to observe its effect on the lung metastasis-prone sub-strain U_(14)AP_(11) and lymph node metastasis sub-strain(U_(14)AL_(10)) influences. The extract was found to improve the general state of tumor-bearing animals; increase the activity of peritoneal macrophages; increase the proportion of helper T cells and monocytes in blood; reduce the number of mid-tumor tumor deaths; To 44.4%, lymph node metastasis decreased from 93% to 46.67%. It is suggested that human fetal brain extract has excellent clinical application prospects.
