项目经理在工程施工的过程中起着重要作用,是施工项目实施过程中所有工作的总负责人,在工程建设过程中起着协调各方面关系、沟通技术、信息等方面的纽带作用,在工程施工的全过程中处于十分重要的地位,起着至关重要的作用。现场质量管理实际上是项目经理生产经营活动的基础。同时,它也是施工企业质量管理工作中最重要的组成部分。文章主要从项目经理在现场施工中的职责出发,论述了施工中项目经理对工程项目质量的控制要点。
The project manager plays an important role in the process of project construction and is the overall responsible person for all the work in the construction project implementation process. It plays the role of a link in coordinating all aspects of relations, communication technologies and information in the process of project construction. The whole process of construction is in a very important position and plays a vital role. Site quality management is actually the basis of project manager production and business activities.
