对13MnNiMoR钢热轧态、正火态和回火态下的组织进行了对比分析,进行了常温及高温拉伸性能和冲击性能试验,研究了正火、回火工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,试验钢的力学性能均能达到要求,但接近下限;应适当降低正火温度以获得较细的晶粒,或提高Nb含量,充分利用回火时Nb的碳氮化物析出,以提高强度。
The microstructure of 13MnNiMoR steel in hot rolling, normalizing and tempering was analyzed. Tensile properties and impact properties at normal temperature and high temperature were tested.
