11月18日上午,青岛高新区主导产业人才培训基地签约仪式在高新区举行。青岛高新区分别与青岛职业技术学院、青岛市技师学院、山东轻工工程学校签署合作协议,14家相关企业也与三所院校就全方位合作签订协议。中共青岛市委常委,红岛经济区、青岛高新区工委书记、管委主任陈飞在讲话中指出,高新区与3所院校联合共建人才培训基地,是探索建立“政府主导、供求对接”的新型合作机制,也是高新区实施“人才先导”战略、深化“人才特区”建设的重要举措。
On the morning of November 18, the signing ceremony of the leading industry personnel training base in Qingdao Hi-tech Zone was held in Hi-tech Zone. Qingdao Hi-tech Zone signed a cooperation agreement with Qingdao Polytechnic, Qingdao Technician College and Shandong Light Industry Engineering School respectively, and 14 related enterprises signed an agreement with all three universities on all-round cooperation. Chen Fei, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Party Committee, Hongdao Economic Zone, secretary of the Work Committee of Qingdao High-tech Zone and director of the management commission, pointed out in his speech that the high-tech zone and the three universities jointly set up a talent training base to explore and establish a “government-led, supply and demand Docking ”new cooperation mechanism, but also the implementation of high-tech zones “ talent leader ”strategy, deepen “ talent zone ”important measures.
