铸件/铸型传热系统的铸型吸热能力的准确计算是十分重要的。采用数值计算方法分析了网格间距及时间步长对铸型吸热能力计算时计算误差的影响。在此基础之上,建立了铸型的自适应网格剖分原则及程序实现方法。计算结果表明,采用自适应网格剖分方法是必要的,它保证了计算精度及提高了计算效率。
The exact calculation of the endothermic capacity of the mold for the casting / mold heat transfer system is very important. Numerical calculation method was used to analyze the effect of grid spacing and time step on the calculation error in calculating the heat absorption capacity of the mold. On this basis, the principle of adaptive meshing and the method of program realization are established. The calculation results show that it is necessary to adopt the adaptive meshing method, which guarantees the accuracy of calculation and improves the computational efficiency.
