1989年,我们应用苯克磷治疗50例有机磷农药中毒,其中生产性中毒10例,生活性中毒40例;轻度23例,中度17例,重度10例;中毒后15～30分钟入院者15例,1～2小时者30例,6小时者5例。1.治疗方法;予以吸氧、输液、清除皮肤及胃肠毒物的同时,轻度者立即肌注苯克磷1/2支或1支,3～4小时后再注射1支,次日改为1支/次,每日2次,第3天再注射1次,以后停用观察;中度者首次肌注1～2支,必要时2～4小时后再注射1～2
