The signing ceremony of the minutes of the Sino-Korean vocational training cooperation project was held in Beijing on May 5, 1997. Vice Minister of Labor Lin Yongsan and Shin Ji, President of the International Cooperation Agency of the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, respectively, signed the minutes of the meeting on behalf of the two governments. The project will be provided by the Korean government 10 million U.S. dollars of grants, the Chinese government to provide the appropriate funds to jointly set up China’s employment training and technical guidance center in Beijing.
