在这个一考定终身的高考时代,成绩无疑是判定一个学生好坏与以后发展潜力的决定性因素。然而,影响学生学习成绩的因素有很多,如:家庭的不和,成长环境的好坏等等。美国心理学家霍华德·加德纳曾提出多元智力理论,也就是类似于如今所说的因材施教。每个学生之间不可避免地存在着一定的差异性,导致一部分学生在学习这一方面进入了后进生这一职位,久而久之,这一部分学生对学习无望,以至于失去兴趣导致自暴自弃。而作为一名教育工作者应当正确地去看待与解决这一问题。帮助一部分学习后进生激发起他们学习的兴趣。
In this age of college entrance examination, a test of lifetime, the result is undoubtedly the decisive factor in determining whether a student is good or bad and the future development potential. However, there are many factors that affect the academic performance of students, such as the disharmony of the family, the quality of the growth environment, and so on. American psychologist Howard Gardner has put forward the theory of multiple intelligences, which is similar to what we are talking about at present. There is inevitably some difference between each student, which leads some students to enter the post-graduate position in the study. Over time, this part of students are hopeless about learning and lose interest, resulting in self-abnegation. As an educator, we should correctly view and solve this issue. Help part of learning to stimulate their interest in learning.
