目的探讨急性硬膜外血肿的治疗方法。方法对80例急性硬膜外血肿的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果80例患者63例愈后良好,12例愈后不良,残留部分功能障碍,3例重残,2例死亡。结论对不同急性硬膜外血肿病例选择恰当治疗方法疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the treatment of acute epidural hematoma. Methods 80 cases of acute epidural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 80 cases, 63 cases recovered well, 12 cases became worse after treatment, some remained dysfunction, 3 cases were severely disabled and 2 cases died. Conclusion The treatment of different acute epidural hematoma cases select the appropriate treatment method is effective.
