本文系统总结了北京铁路大修工程总公司30年来取得的丰富经验。归结起来就是:坚持走大修工程集中统一管理的路子,充分发挥专业化管理的优势,加强生产组织领导,认真做好大修工作,为完成北京局不断增长的运输任务作出自己的贡献。
This article systematically summarizes the experience gained by Beijing Railway Overhaul Engineering Corporation over the past 30 years. To sum up, sticking to the path of overhauling centralized and unified management of projects, giving full play to the advantages of specialized management, strengthening the leadership of production organizations, conscientiously doing a great deal of overhaul, and making its own contribution to the completion of the growing transport mission of Beijing Bureau.
