我地平菇菌株由于主要从外地引种,因而造成品种多,适应性差,产量不尽人意,效益不高。我室从山东大学引进了广温型99、77号品种,用单孢选育及双孢融合杂交,选育出了农杂2、农杂3号菌株,对两菌株的特性,笔者进行了品比试验,现将结果整理如下:1材料与方法1.1
