我地平菇菌株由于主要从外地引种，因而造成品种多，适应性差，产量不尽人意，效益不高。我室从山东大学引进了广温型９９、７７号品种，用单孢选育及双孢融合杂交，选育出了农杂２、农杂３号菌株，对两菌株的特性，笔者进行了品比试验，现将结果整理如下：１材料与方法１．１
