节能降耗是全社会面临的一项重要任务。“十一五”规划提出单位GDP能耗下降20%的节能目标,据测算,相当于全社会节约5.6亿吨标准煤,主要节能领域为工业、建筑、交通。
Energy saving is an important task facing the whole society. The Eleventh Five-Year Plan proposes that the energy consumption per unit of GDP should be reduced by 20%. According to the calculation, it is estimated that the whole society will save 560 million tons of standard coal. The major energy-saving areas are industry, construction and transportation.
