我院应用CO_2激光对15例包皮患者行包皮环切术,取得较好疗效,现介纽如下: 治疗方法:术前常规消毒。用1％盐酸利多卡因作阴茎根部浸润麻醉。包皮内侧填塞浸湿敷料以保护龟头,防止灼伤。3～4分钟用CO_2激光将包皮环切除,切缘缝合5针。术中无出血,整个手术约15分钟即可完成。术后第3天,去除创口敷料.
