在Ａ型性格与脑卒中及血液流变学的相关性研究中，提示了Ａ型性格伴有血液流变学异常者，对于脑卒中的发病率起特至关重要的作用。本文通过测定脑卒中组２０７例（脑血栓形成１６２例，脑出血４５例）与健康人２８６例的红细胞压积、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞电泳等的对比分析以及性格量表的检测，发现三者之间有一定的相关性。病人组：Ａ型性格占优势（６８％），提示了Ａ型性格易患脑卒中。脑卒中组的红细胞压积、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞电泳均高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明了脑卒中有血液流变学异常改变。
A study of the association between type A personality and stroke and hemorheology suggests that type A personality is associated with abnormalities in hemorheology and plays a crucial role in stroke morbidity. In this paper, 207 cases of stroke group (cerebral thrombosis 162 cases, 45 cases of cerebral hemorrhage) and 286 healthy subjects hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, comparative analysis of red blood cell electrophoresis, as well as the character scale Detection and found that there is a certain correlation between the three. Patient group: A-type personality predominance (68%), suggesting that A-type personality predisposition to stroke. Hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, and erythrocyte electrophoresis in stroke group were higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01), indicating that hemorheology was abnormal in stroke.
