探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)和开腹胆囊切除术(OC)对试验犬的手术时间、切口长度及免疫应激指标的影响,比较两种手术方法的优缺点.试验结果表明,开腹手术组术后各项指标变化都明显高于腹腔镜手术组,所以腹腔镜手术要优于开腹手术.
