目的制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,并研究其理化性质。方法溶剂挥发法制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,差示扫描量热法研究复合物的热力学性质变化,X射线衍射分析研究冬凌草甲素在复合物中的存在状态,紫外-可见分光光度法验证是否有新化学键生成,显微镜检复合物在水中分散情况。结果磷脂复合物中冬凌草甲素熔点峰发生改变;冬凌草甲素在磷脂复合物中以无定型存在,晶体衍射峰消失;紫外-可见分光光度法分析显示无新化合物生成;显微镜镜检证实冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物在水中不稳定、易析出晶体。结论成功制备冬凌草甲素磷脂复合物,但是该系统在水中不稳定,不能单独作为冬凌草甲素的药物传递系统。
Objective To prepare oridonin phospholipid complexes and study their physicochemical properties. METHODS: The oridonin phospholipid complexes were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The thermodynamic properties of the complexes were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The existence of oridonin in the complexes was investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. Spectrophotometrically verify the presence of new chemical bonds and microscopically examine the dispersion of the complex in water. Results The peak of melting point of oridonin was changed in the phospholipid complexes. Oridonin was amorphous in the phospholipid complex and the crystal diffraction peaks disappeared. The UV-visible spectrophotometric analysis showed that no new compounds were formed; It was confirmed that Oridonin Phospholipid complexes are unstable in water and crystals are easily precipitated. Conclusion Oridonin phospholipid complex was successfully prepared, but the system was unstable in water and could not be used alone as a drug delivery system for oridonin.
