师德是指教师从事教育职业劳动过程中形成的比较稳定的道德观念、道德行为规范和道德品质。教师要对学生传授先进的思想道德和科学文化知识,自身必须具备良好的职业道德,教师职业的特殊性决定了必须具有比常人更高的行为规范标准和要求。因此,作为一名教师应该认真学习领会和深入贯彻其专业精神,只有这样,才能做学生喜欢拥戴的老师。
Teachers' morality refers to the relatively stable moral values, moral norms and moral qualities formed by teachers engaged in the educational occupation. Teachers must pass on advanced ideological and moral and scientific and cultural knowledge to their students. They must have good professional ethics themselves. The particularity of their professions determines that they must have higher standards of conduct and requirements than ordinary people. Therefore, as a teacher, we should conscientiously study, comprehend and thoroughly implement their professionalism. Only in this way can we be teachers to be favored by students.
