Objective: To study the prognostic impact of evidence-based nursing and individualized nursing on patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Methods: Ninety patients with hepatobiliary diseases who were hospitalized in Wenzhou Central Hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected. According to the wishes of the patients, they were divided into individualized nursing groups and evidence-based nursing groups. Among them, there were 48 personalized nursing groups, of which 28 were women and 20 were males. The number of evidence-based nursing groups was 42, including 26 females, 16 males, Respectively using personalized care and evidence-based care measures, the prognosis of two groups were observed, including complications and living conditions. Results: The incidence of complication in personalized care group was 37.5%, and that of evidence-based nursing group was 42.8%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The social function was similar to that of the evidence-based nursing group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The emotional function of the personalized nursing group was significantly better than that of the evidence-based nursing group (P <0.05) Overall health and physical function were significantly better than the individualized nursing group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing and personalized nursing can effectively control the occurrence of complications in patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Individualized nursing interventions are more focused on relieving emotional disorders in patients with hepatobiliary disease. Evidence-based nursing measures can better address the overall health of patients and Body function problems. Individualized care and evidence-based care are conducive to the treatment of patients with hepatobiliary surgery and prognosis, the two modes of care have their own advantages, can be combined with clinical practice.
