本文用〔γ—P〕ATP与血小板膜保温进行磷酸化实验,用酸化的氯仿/甲醇抽提磷脂,硅胶板薄层层析分离肌醇磷脂,SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离蛋白质,经放射自显影后,经液体闪烁计数法测定放射性大小。
Phosphorylation of [γ-P] ATP with platelet membrane was performed in this study. Phospholipids were extracted with acidified chloroform / methanol, and inositol phospholipids were separated by thin layer chromatography on silica gel plates. Proteins were separated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. After autoradiography, the radioactivity was determined by liquid scintillation counting.
