In this paper, a new kind of elastic liner material for high-speed railway track structure is synthesized. This material consists of polyurethane, aromatic processing oil and its polymers, and glass powder and other components. The optimum composition and raw material ratio of this material were studied by orthogonal optimization. The elastic pad material prepared from the optimized composition not only has better mechanical properties than the same kind of material, but also has lower cost
