压力表主要应用于液体、气体、蒸汽的压力测量,压力表的工作原理是利用弹性敏感元件(如弹簧管)在压力作用下产生弹性形变,其形变量的大小与作用的压力成一定的线性关系,通过传动机构放大,由指针在分度盘上指示出被测的压力。在许多领域之中都发挥着重要的作用,因此为了保证压力表的正常运行,应该根据《弹性元件式一般压力表、压力真空表和真空表检定规程(JJG52-2013)》,进行压力表的检定工作,本文作者在质监系统多年从事压力表检定工作,从压力表检定的方法出发,研究和探讨压力表检定常见问题的处理措施,以供其他检定同仁借鉴学习。
