思想政治工作要在吸收传统的工作方法的同时,不断增加现代科学的方法,使思想工作随着时代的发展而不断发展。思想工作要多从教育学,心理学等人文科学中吸收营养,多用心理学的知识分析研究各种案例,效果会更好些。 思想工作者最常用的工作形式之一,莫过于谈话(或者叫谈心)。可以说谈话人人都会谈,但效果可以千差万别,谈得好“一句话使人笑,谈不好,一句话使人跳”,所以说谈话要谈出水平,通过谈话化解矛盾。不是一件简单的事,谈话是一门科学性与艺术性很强的工作。
