这篇调查报告介绍了福建地矿局第七地质队五年来发展多种经营所取得的成效和经验。认为从该队的成功经验中给予我们下述几点启示:(1)要因地制宜,不搞“大而全”和“一刀切”;(2)要强化企业管理,注重经济效益;(3)要坚持“两个文明”一起抓;(4)要不拘一格选用人材;(5)要树立长远观念,力戒“短期行为”;(6)领导者要注意提高自身的素质。
This survey report describes the achievements and experience gained by the seventh geological team of the Fujian Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources in developing diversified operations in the past five years. We believe that we should give some enlightenment from the successful experience of the team as follows: (1) We should follow the local conditions and do not engage in “big and complete” and “one size fits all”; (2) strengthen enterprise management and pay attention to economic benefits; (3) Adhere to the “two civilizations” together; (4) to use an eclectic selection of personnel; (5) to establish a long-term concept, insisted on “short-term behavior”; (6) leaders should pay attention to improving their own quality.
