新世纪需要的是创新型人才,那么如何才能在小学语文课堂教学中正确实施创新教育,以培养学生的创新能力呢?我认为引导学生在语文课堂教学活动中,主动获取知识、信息,成为知识获取的主动参与者是一种有效的途径。因此,教师应在教学过程中不断积极探索,更新教学观念,追求新的教学模式,才能对培养创新型人才有所帮助。下面,我就以自己日常教学中的一些教学实践,谈谈自己的看法和做法。建立民主的师生关系,营造和谐的教学环境
