本报告研究了我国现有炼油厂污水处理场的“合制型”生化加速曝气池的水力学和充氧及其有关生化过程,并指出该构筑物的水力学结构不够合理,液流流态不理想,短路和死区较多,充氧效率低,生物氧化时间短,对降解氮、磷和 COD 功能差。经论证提出了改造方案。其特点是充氧、多氧和缺氧生物过程的交替进行,体现了多级生化的特点,水力学流态合理,充氧效率提高,可改进现有炼油厂合制型生化加速曝气池的生化降解效率。该方案能充分利用原有设备,改造的工程量不大,投资少,对提高现有污水处理场的出水水质有现实意义。
