同位素X萤光分析仪是六十年代后期国际上发展起来用以快速分析元素含量的仪器。由于它具有分析速度快(一般在30~60秒左右即可获得分析结果)、操作简单、体积小、重量轻、携带方便和经济效果显著等优点,因此,在国际上得到了广泛的应用,它在采矿、冶金、建材、水利、石油、化工等部门可用来作为一种现场快速分析的重要手段。我们遵照毛主席“独立自主、自力更生”和“洋为中用”的教导,于1974年7月与江苏南通电子仪器厂、上海材料研究所合作试制成了第一台YF-X萤光分析仪。目前,该仪器用于黑色金属矿山的采选快 Isotope X fluorescence analyzer is developed in the late sixties for rapid analysis of elemental content of the instrument.
