传统的“以教师为中心”的教学模式已不能满足当今大学英语教学的需求,“以学生为中心”的教学模式逐步成为有效的新的教学模式。要真正实现由传统教学模式到“以学生为中心”的教学模式的转变,大学英语教师应冲破传统教学模式的束缚,扮演好指导者的角色,激发学生学习的兴趣,拓宽学生视野,既传授语言知识,又教给学生学习方法和学习策略,为终身学习奠定基础。
The traditional “teacher-centered” teaching model can no longer meet the needs of today’s college English teaching, and the “student-centered” teaching mode gradually becomes an effective new teaching mode. To truly realize the transformation from the traditional teaching mode to the “student-centered” teaching mode, college English teachers should break through the shackles of the traditional teaching mode and play a good role as mentors, stimulate their interest in learning and broaden their horizons, Not only teach language knowledge, but also to teach students learning methods and learning strategies to lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
