由中国制冷学会第一、第二专业委员会、上海市制冷学会主办,上海交通大学和中科院上海技术物理研究所承办的第四届全国低温工程大会于1999年7月25日至28日在上海交通大学教师活动中心举行。来自全国31个单位93位代表参加了会议。会议期间有6篇论文在大会上作了特邀报告,70篇论文作了专题交流。自第三届大会以来,我国的低温制冷技术、空间低温制冷技术、低温生物技术等领域取得公认的成果,并在国际上多次获得大奖。更可喜的是,一代新生科技工作者健康成长,为
By the Chinese Institute of Refrigeration, the first and second professional committee, Shanghai Institute of Refrigeration sponsored by Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics CAS contractors of the Fourth National Cryogenic Engineering Conference July 25, 1999 to 28 in Shanghai Traffic University Teachers Activity Center. Ninety-three delegates from 31 units nationwide attended the meeting. During the conference, six papers were specially invited to report at the conference, and 70 papers were exchanged. Since the third congress, China has made generally recognized achievements in the fields of cryogenic refrigeration technology, space cryogenic refrigeration technology and cryogenic biotechnology, and has repeatedly won prizes in the world.
