为选别奥里萨邦布拉(Boula)矿区的低品位铬铁矿(含铁和不含铁铬铁矿)进行了一项可行性研究。试验分别采用摇床选别后酸浸及摇床精矿磁选后再酸浸两种方案。酸浸采用了4种不同温度(30℃、50℃、70℃和90℃)。试验发现单用物理方法(摇床和磁选)不能有效地获得合格产品。对于不含铁铬铁矿,用摇床选别再酸浸的方法获得了较好的结果;而对于含铁铬铁矿,用摇床精矿磁选后酸浸的方法,也获得了合格产品。浸出时铁的溶解速率随温度提高而增大。
A feasibility study was conducted for the selection of low-grade chromite (ferrous and non-ferrous chromites) from the Boula area in Orissa. After the test were selected using a shaker acid pickling and shaker concentrate magnetic pickling two solutions after acid leaching. Acid leaching took four different temperatures (30 ° C, 50 ° C, 70 ° C and 90 ° C). The test found that physical methods alone (shaker and magnetic separation) can not effectively obtain qualified products. For non-ferrous chromite, the use of shaker to pick and then acid leaching method to obtain better results; and for iron-bearing chromite, using magnetic rock shaker concentrate after acid leaching method was also qualified product. The rate of iron dissolution during leaching increases with increasing temperature.
