在链轮一般加工方法基础上,提出了在普通数控铣床上铣切齿形的链轮加工方法。重点讨论了数控铣削链轮齿形的编程方法,讨论了子程序功能和坐标系旋转功能在链轮齿形加工编程中的应用,给出了链轮齿形数值计算结果及加工程序实例。
Based on the general processing method of the sprocket, the processing method of milling the sprocket on the common CNC milling machine is proposed. The programming method of NC milling sprocket profile was discussed. The application of subprogram function and coordinate system rotation function in sprocket tooth profile machining programming was discussed. The numerical calculation results of sprocket tooth profile and the machining program were given.
