研究全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对压力超负荷所致心肌肥厚时左室质量、左心室肌及胸主动脉胶原含量的影响。采用部分结扎肾动脉分支上方之腹主动脉造成心脏后负荷过高致左室肥厚模型。结果:ATRA15mg·kg-1·d-1不能降低左室质量,也无降低左室肌及胸主动脉羟脯氨酸含量的作用。结论:ATRA虽有干预生长因子和抑制肿瘤细胞及血管平滑肌细胞增殖的作用,但对心肌肥厚并无逆转作用
To study the effect of ATRA on left ventricular mass, left ventricular muscle and thoracic aorta collagen content during cardiac hypertrophy induced by pressure overload. Left ventricular hypertrophy was induced by partial overloading of the heart after partial ligation of the abdominal aorta above the renal artery branches. Results: ATRA15mg · kg-1 · d-1 could not decrease the left ventricular mass, nor did it reduce the content of hydroxyproline in left ventricular and thoracic aorta. Conclusion: Although ATRA intervenes with growth factors and inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells and vascular smooth muscle cells, it has no effect on myocardial hypertrophy
