1989-01～1999-08,我们采用中西医结合和单纯西药治疗肩关节周围炎各105例,疗效满意。现报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组210例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用西药加肩凝汤治疗105例,对照组单纯西药治疗105例。两组病情基本相似。210例中,男84例,女126例;左肩患者78例,右肩患者132例;50岁以上者127例,50岁以下者83例,年龄最大72岁,最小者19岁;病程3周～5年,全部患者均有不同程度畏寒症状及上举、后伸、内收、外展活动受限。
