如何在推进社会主义新农村建设过程中融入科学发展观,是当前摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。笔者认为,在推进社会主义新农村建设中落实科学发展观,必须做到“四个坚持”。一、坚持以人为本的原则。激活新农村建设的原动力。一是要尊重农民。对新农村建设过程中的村庄规划、资金使用、项目承包以及工程质量等重要事项,都要经过村民大会、理事会等形式通过,做到顺应民心、集中民智、反映民意,“大主意”由农民自己拿,“大方向”由农民自己定,“大手笔”由农民自己做。二是要培育农民。要大力实施农民知识化工程,依托农民学校、农民夜校、党校和产业协会等平台,根据市场需求和农
How to integrate the scientific concept of development into the process of building a new socialist countryside is an important issue currently facing us. The author believes that in advancing the new socialist countryside construction in the implementation of the scientific concept of development, we must achieve “four insisted ”. First, adhere to the principle of people-oriented. Activate the driving force behind the new rural construction. First, we must respect the peasants. Important items such as village planning, fund utilization, project contracting and project quality in the course of building a new countryside must all be passed through the villagers’ assembly and the board of directors so as to conform to the people’s will, concentrate their wisdom and reflect public opinion, “Take by the peasants themselves,” “direction” by the peasants themselves, “generous ” by the peasants themselves. The second is to cultivate farmers. We must vigorously implement the project of peasants’ knowledge-based projects, relying on such platforms as peasant schools, night schools for farmers, party schools and industry associations, and on the basis of market demand and peasants
