党政办公厅系统开展信息工作已有十多年的历史,积累了大量经验,信息服务水平不断提高。但也应看到,目前信息的形式主要是文字形式,而内部音像信息由于观念、技术、财力等原因却没有引起普遍重视和得到有效开发。随着信息技术的发展和领导工作的需要,不断改进、提高信息服务手段和水平,创造条件开发图文并茂的内部音像信息实属必需。当然,开展这项工作需要大量人力、财力、物力的投入。但是,能不能找到一条不花钱或者少花钱却能有效地开发内部音像信息的路子呢?在这方面,浙江省委办公厅的一些做法值得借鉴。
