本报讯近日,湖北三宁化工股份有限公司出台《高危行为管理制度(试行)》及配套的《高危行为认定办法(试行)》,该制度和办法将于2017年3月1日起正式施行。制度本着“宁愿让员工失去工作,也不愿让员工失去生命”的原则,适用于三宁所有员工、派遣工在公司所属生产、工程建设区域内高危行为的认定、处理等过程的管理,强化十大高危行为管理,从本质上遏制各类事故发生。旨在通过对公司生产经营过程中容易出现、且可能导致特别严重后果的典型行为的管理,预防各类事故发生。
