作为知识型组织,我国广电媒体从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强的过程就是一个在学习中不断成长壮大的过程。不过,现阶段我国广电媒体的学习型党组织建设依然普遍面临三个亟待突破的瓶颈。具体表现在:一是将学习型党组织建设活动化、形式化、运动化,即根据上级要求,对各个基层党支部下发学习通知,看似开展得轰轰烈烈,最终仅仅是以组织学习的总结收场,远远没有制度化、规范化。二是将学习型党组织建设与业务培训工作
