高校大学生党支部是党的建设的重要组成部分,应该成为建设学习型党组织的表率。为此,要切实加强对建设学习型大学生党支部的指导,创新学习形式,优化学习载体,拓宽学习渠道,培养大学生党员创新意识;要建立长效的社会服务机制,让学生党员在实践中学习;加强团体学习,营造全员学习的浓厚氛围;建立奖惩考评制度,推动创建活动顺利开展。
The college student party branch is an important part of party building and should become a model for building a learning party organization.
