Mao Zedong’s basic idea on cadre theory education is a complete scientific system and an important part of his party building theory. He attaches great importance to the theoretical education of cadres and has a very thorough exposition of his position, role, focus of the object and ways and means. These expositions systematically and comprehensively enriched and developed the theoretical viewpoints of the classical Marxist writers on the party’s ideological construction, which still shines with brilliant splendor.
