In the fall of 1995, the excellent journal of the National University Journal of Natural Sciences sponsored by the Science and Technology Department of the State Education Commission announced that the evening “Heilongjiang Water Special Journal” sponsored by the Heilongjiang Institute of Water Conservancy won the first prize of outstanding journals. This is the second time that the journal has obtained the honor after obtaining the first grade of quality assessment of scientific journals in Heilongjiang Province. Since the 2nd issue of 1988, the school’s journals have been issued to the public at home and abroad.
