目的了解深圳市某集装箱制造企业重点职业病危害因素。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查,对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测,分析该企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。结果该企业噪声检测点合格率仅为1.6%,噪声强度最高为112.1 dB;电焊烟尘、电焊弧光、其他粉尘、锰及其无机化合物、二甲苯、甲苯和乙苯检测点合格率分别为56.7%、0、61.1%、63.3%、35.7%、64.3%和85.7%,其他各有害因素检测点合格率均为100%。结论该企业职业病危害因素重点在噪声、电焊烟尘、电焊弧光、其他粉尘以及苯、甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂的控制和防护上。
Objective To understand the key occupational hazards in a container manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen. Methods A survey of occupational diseases in the workplace was conducted to investigate the occupational hazards in the workplace. Results The passing rate of the noise detection point was only 1.6% and the highest noise intensity was 112.1 dB. The passing rates of welding fume, arc welding, other dust, manganese, inorganic compounds, xylene, toluene and ethylbenzene were 56.7% , 0,61.1%, 63.3%, 35.7%, 64.3% and 85.7% respectively. The passing rates of other harmful factors were all 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards of this enterprise focus on the control and protection of noise, welding fumes, arc welding, other dust, and organic solvents such as benzene, toluene and xylene.
