目的:揭示滇产石斛的种子形态,为分类和鉴定提供依据。方法:应用光学显微镜和环境扫描电镜观察滇产石斛的种子形态。结果:滇产石斛种子在色泽和形状上比较相似,均为黄色和不规则的纺锤体形,但在种子和胚的大小上存在显著的差异,这些差异与属下分组无明显相关性。石斛种子由种皮和胚2部分组成,种皮细胞的细胞壁上有絮状物,絮状物的疏密和长短在组间有差异。结论:报道了17种滇产石斛的种子形态,其中有16种石斛的种子形态属首次报道。
Objective: To reveal the seed morphology of Dendrobium nobile in Yunnan Province and provide the basis for classification and identification. Methods: The seed morphology of Dendrobium nobile was observed with optical microscope and environmental scanning electron microscope. RESULTS: Dendrobium dysentery seeds were similar in color and shape with yellow and irregular spindles, but there were significant differences in seed and embryo sizes. These differences were not significantly related to subgroups. Dendrobium seed from the seed coat and embryo 2 parts, seed coat cells on the cell walls have floc, density and length of floc there are differences between groups. Conclusion: The seed morphology of 17 species of Dendrobium natans was reported, of which 16 species of Dendrobium were reported for the first time.
