以含N-苯基-2-萘胺约85%,N-苯基-1-萘胺约4%且不含2-萘胺的国产防老剂D混于饲料中,饲喂幼年雄性C57/BL小鼠共一年半,饲料中防老剂D浓度在三个剂量组均逐步增加,分别为0.04%—0.5%、0.08%—0.6%及0.24%—0.8%。停止饲喂后半年杀死全部存活动物,作仔细的组织学检查。实验结果证明防老剂D对小鼠有致癌作用。63头实验组小鼠的恶性肿瘤总发生率为72.7%,癌瘤发病率为57.1%,其中主要包括肺癌、肝细胞癌和颌下腺癌,19头自然对照小鼠有21%肉瘤但无癌。实验和对照组癌发生率和肺、肝、颌下腺腺癌的各别发生率在统计学上均有显著差异。实验组中也较常见肝、脾、肾等血管内皮肉瘤的发生。肿瘤发生率和防老剂D的剂量之间存在着一定的相关性。
A domestic anti-aging agent D containing about 85% of N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, about 4% of N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine and no 2-naphthylamine was mixed with feed to feed young male C57 / BL mice for a total of one and a half years, the concentration of antioxidant D in feed increased gradually in three dose groups, 0.04% -0.5%, 0.08% -0.6% and 0.24% -0.8% respectively. Six months after feeding stopped all surviving animals were killed for careful histological examination. Experimental results show that antioxidant D has carcinogenic effects on mice. The total incidence of malignant tumors in 63 experimental mice was 72.7%, and the incidence of carcinomas was 57.1%, mainly including lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma and submandibular adenocarcinoma, while 19 control mice had 21% sarcoma but no carcinoma. The incidence of cancer in experimental and control groups and the respective incidence of lung, liver, submandibular gland adenocarcinoma were statistically significant differences. The experimental group is also more common liver, spleen, kidney and other vascular endothelial sarcoma occurred.
