作者用新的平衡RIA与RIA-gnost法检测23例特发性骨髓纤维化,包括7例骨髓硬化,5例急性骨髓纤维化和其他骨髓增生综合征(转变型骨髓增生疾患5例,真红6例,慢粒7例)患者血清中的Ⅲ型前胶原氨基末端前肽(PⅢNP),治疗用羟基脲者9例,白消安者6例,2例用强化疗,10例用干扰素.二种方法检测的结果为正相关,在特发性骨髓纤维化者前肽值最高,特别在活动期.在用各种细胞毒药物治疗中(包括强化疗),升高的PⅢNP值均有下降,但用干扰素α-2b治疗者其值不变或升高.血清用Sephacryl S-300柱作凝胶过滤,结果为较小的PⅢNP相关肽在正常人和稳定期骨髓硬化中显著,在进展期和急性骨髓纤维化者完整的前肽增多.作者认为血清PⅢNP测定对特发性骨髓纤维
