本文报告5例肾脏恶性肿瘤的超声诊断声像图特征,旨在探讨和分析B超诊断肾脏恶性肿瘤的临床应用价值。 患者5例均为男性。年龄14~56岁,平均44岁。使用仪器为SSA—240A超声仪,凸阵探头,频率3.7MHz,按常规对肾脏进行常规反复扫查。5例均经上级医院手术病理或CT证实。 结果 5例患者中,发生在右侧3例,左侧2例。声像图特征:5例均表现肾脏增大,局部轮廓隆起,肾外形失去正常形态。肿瘤使肾窦回声受压变形。2例集合系统弥散呈不均质低回声。4例肿瘤形态呈圆形,直径在3~6cm,边界清晰,1例为不规则形状,边界模糊不清,后方回声衰减。肿瘤区回声5例均呈实质性不均质回声,2例因病灶内有出血,坏死呈现低回声或无回声区。
This article reports 5 cases of renal malignancy ultrasound diagnostic sonographic features to explore and analyze the clinical value of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal malignancies. All 5 patients were male. Aged 14 to 56 years old, average 44 years old. Use the instrument for the SSA-240A ultrasound system, convex array probe, the frequency of 3.7MHz, routine routine examination of the kidney repeated routinely. All the 5 cases were confirmed by the pathology or CT of the superior hospital. Results Of the 5 patients, 3 occurred on the right and 2 on the left. Echocardiography features: 5 cases showed an increase in the kidneys, local contour uplift, kidney shape loss of normal morphology. Tumors make the sinuses echo compression deformation. Two cases of collection system dispersion was heterogeneous hypoechoic. 4 cases of tumor morphology was round, the diameter of 3 ~ 6cm, the boundary is clear, 1 case of irregular shape, the boundary is blurred, the rear echo attenuation. Echocardiography in 5 cases showed a substantial heterogeneous echo, 2 cases of bleeding due to lesions, necrosis showed hypoechoic or anechoic area.
