对需求描述工具——概念模型在信息系统开发中与用户的沟通效果问题进行研究。基于认知理论分析,得出概念模型的信息组织结构特征会影响用户理解模型的认知过程,同时根据语义网络理论将用户理解划分为简单理解和复杂理解两个层次。实验室研究结果表明,与面向过程的概念模型相比,面向对象的概念模型在整体上更利于用户理解需求,主要体现在复杂层次的理解上。
Research on the problem of communication between user and demand description tool - conceptual model in information system development. Based on the cognitive theory analysis, it is concluded that the characteristics of the information organization structure of the conceptual model will affect the cognitive process of the user’s understanding of the model. At the same time, the user understanding is divided into two levels of simple understanding and complex understanding according to the semantic network theory. Laboratory results show that, compared with the process-oriented conceptual model, the object-oriented conceptual model is more conducive to user understanding of the overall demand, mainly in complex levels of understanding.
