2016年以来,经济运行总体平稳。进入7月份,受经济调整转型阵痛持续显现,国内部分地区遭遇严重洪涝灾害和高温酷暑等多重因素共同作用,工业、投资、消费等主要指标增速有所放缓。其中,规模以上工业增加值同比增长6%,增速比上月回落0.2个百分点;社会消费品零售总额增长10.2%,回落0.4个百分点;固定资产投资(不含农户)累计增长8.1%,回落0.9个百分点。
