创新驱动阶段国家在不同历史发展阶段,人均GDP与中学阶段职业教育学生占中学学生比例(下称“中学职教学生比”)之间存在正相关和负相关关系;效率驱动阶段及其后两个更高层次的发展阶段,中学职教学生比均存在上升规律或现象;中学职教学生比开始持续下降时的人均GDP水平相差很大,但都高于我国目前水平;仅从经济发展水平视角出发,提出需降低我国中等职业教育规模的观点缺乏客观依据。
