近年来我国房地产企业的发展可谓迅猛,不仅国内房地产企业的总数不断攀升,国外知名房地产企业的入驻趋势也愈演愈烈。房地产市场发展如火如荼的同时,国内企业也面临着更多机遇与挑战。当前我国房地产企业发展势头强劲,但在资金需求与供给方面的矛盾也日益突出,所以如何有效扩展房地产企业融资渠道就成为企业管理者与决策者所关注的实际问题,本文重点谈谈房地产企业融资新渠道以及这些融资渠道或可能出现的利与弊,以供参考。
