大爱是人们对人类自身的价值、前途和命运的自觉关爱、高度负责与无私奉献精神。树立大爱理念对学校和教师及全社会都有着重要意义,在中学这个环境中,如何深化大爱理念,用大爱理念为教师搭建工作环境,形成良好的工作氛围,进而使其成为教师动力的来源,是本文研究的重点。
Big love is the people’s own love for their own values, prospects and fate of the caring, highly responsible and selfless dedication.
