Corporate public crisis management is an important part of corporate management and public crisis management. Strengthening enterprise public crisis management is the intrinsic requirement of enterprise’s own development and the social responsibility that must be fulfilled. It is of great urgency and far-reaching significance to effectively strengthen the management of public crisis in the enterprise and maintain social safety, harmony, stability and the sound and rapid economic and social development in the process of simultaneous promotion of the entire city and the “three modernizations.”
